01Who we are and what this policy covers

N5 Gilded Masquerade (the “Game”) is a virtual-credit entertainment game for adults. Gameplay can run offline, but after you agree, the Game makes limited network requests for attribution and security. The Game is published by TRES AMIGOS IMPORTING, LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste 35843, Sheridan, WY 82801-6317, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you install or play the Game and when you visit this legal website. It does not cover the app store, your device operating system, Adjust, or any other third-party service. Those services have their own privacy policies.

02The short version

  • Before you tap Agree, the Game does not initialise attribution, read a device identifier or contact our servers.
  • Your virtual balance, bet, sound and turbo settings, language choice and spin history stay on your device.
  • After you agree, Adjust receives a resettable advertising ID and an install signal so we can measure which campaign delivered the install.
  • The integrity check sends security signals to our configuration server; it is not used to build an advertising profile.
  • We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, SMS or precise location, and we do not sell personal data.
  • The Game is for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if that is higher.

03What stays on your device

The Game stores a small amount of gameplay state locally so your progress survives a restart. This may include:

  • your virtual-credit balance;
  • the selected bet and the available bet levels;
  • sound and turbo preferences;
  • your consent flag and language choice;
  • recent spin-history entries.

In the Android app this information is kept in the app's private storage. In a web build it is kept in browser localStorage. It stays on your device, is not uploaded to us, and is removed when you clear the app data, clear site data or uninstall.

Clearing local data resets the virtual balance and brings the consent screen back on the next launch.

04Attribution after you agree

After you tap Agree, the Game initialises Adjust, a third-party install-attribution service. Adjust may receive:

  • your Android Advertising ID, a resettable identifier you can reset or delete in system settings;
  • an app-scoped installation identifier;
  • the install referrer supplied by the app store;
  • your IP address, device model, operating-system version, app version and language;
  • an approximate country or region inferred from your IP address;
  • the timestamp of the install and limited in-app events used for measurement.

We use this data to measure which advertisement, campaign or store link delivered the install, to detect invalid installs and fraud, and to understand aggregate campaign performance. Adjust acts as our processor under its own terms. We do not use this data to show you personalised advertising inside the Game, and we do not sell it.

If attribution does not arrive, the Game can still run from its local configuration where one is available.

05Integrity and configuration checks

Before and during play, the Game performs local integrity and configuration checks. It may read the signature of the installed package and derive on-device signals for root access, emulator, debugger and VPN.

The Game sends the package name, a one-way device-bound identifier derived from those signals and the check result to our configuration server. The server returns the game parameters needed to run the Game.

These signals are used to protect the Game from tampering, cloning and abuse, and to keep the service secure. They are not used for advertising or to build a profile of your interests.

A failed check may limit features or keep the Game on its local configuration. A network failure does not stop you from playing where the local configuration is available.

06Technical logs

When the Game or this website contacts our servers, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical data: IP address, timestamp, requested resource, app and operating-system version, device type, response code and error diagnostics.

We use these logs to operate, secure, debug and improve the service, and to investigate abuse. They are not used to identify you by name.

07What we do not collect

The Game does not ask for, collect or transmit:

  • your name, postal address, email address or telephone number;
  • your contacts, calendar, photos, videos, microphone audio, camera images or files;
  • your SMS or MMS messages;
  • GPS or precise location;
  • health, biometric or financial account data;
  • the list of other apps installed on your device;
  • keystrokes, screen recordings or clipboard contents.

There is no account, login, payment flow or real-money wallet in the Game.

08Why we process data and our lawful bases

We process attribution data and integrity signals on the basis of your consent, which you give by tapping Agree. You can withdraw consent at any time as described below.

We process technical logs and security records on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a secure, fraud-free service, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations or defend legal claims.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell or rent personal data.

If you are in India, we process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on consent and legitimate interests as permitted by the GDPR and UK GDPR.

09Who receives data

  • Adjust and its group companies — install-attribution measurement;
  • hosting, configuration and security providers — running our servers and protecting the service;
  • the app store you installed from — install and update handling under its own terms;
  • professional advisers and authorities — only where required by law or necessary to protect rights;
  • a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets — subject to this policy.

All processors are bound by contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks for behavioural advertising.

10International transfers

Adjust and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and data-processing agreements. You can ask for more information using the contact details below.

11How long we keep data

Local gameplay data stays on your device until you clear the app data, clear site data or uninstall.

Attribution records are kept by Adjust for the period set in our agreement and its retention settings, typically no longer than 24 months. Our server logs and security records are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the Game, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations, and are then deleted or aggregated.

We may keep data longer if required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

12How we protect data

We use encryption in transit, access controls, data minimisation and integrity checks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please contact us privately and do not exploit it or access data that is not yours.

13Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; restrict or object to processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority.

You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in system settings, or turn off ad personalisation. The Game keeps working. You can stop future collection by clearing the app data or uninstalling the Game.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request”. Because we do not hold your name or email, we may need the device-bound identifier shown in the Game's settings or another identifier to locate the right records. We will respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You can complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EEA or UK, your national supervisory authority.

14U.S. state privacy rights

If you live in California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights, subject to legal exceptions.

  • to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients;
  • to delete personal information;
  • to correct inaccurate personal information;
  • to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • to limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information;
  • not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights; and
  • to use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a limitation right. The attribution and integrity processing described above is used for measurement, security and fraud prevention.

To submit a U.S. privacy request, email [email protected] with the subject “U.S. Privacy Request” or “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity using the device-bound identifier shown in the Game’s settings or other information. An authorized agent may submit a request with written permission; we may still ask you to verify your identity directly.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will respond within the time required by law. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General; residents of other states may contact their state attorney general.

15Children

The Game is intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

If you believe a child has used the Game, contact us and we will take appropriate steps, including deleting data where required. Parents and guardians can use device-level controls to restrict installation and purchases.

16This website, cookies and local storage

This legal website is a static site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

We store your language preference in your browser's localStorage under the key “n5-legal-lang-v1”. It stays on your device and can be removed by clearing site data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and operations.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

17Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date and version at the top identify the current version. If a change is material, we will notify you in the Game, on this page or through the store, and will ask for fresh consent where the law requires it.

If you continue to use the Game after the effective date, you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
